I have a 1998 Ford Contour SE, 2.0L. I'm trying to locate the PVC valve so that i might change it out but i have failed in locating it. Can anyone advise me on the exact location?

PCV valve is located at the front of the engine, under the exhaust manifold (at the oil separator).

I have the V6 model, but this is what the Haynes manual says, hope it helps. :)

PCV valve is located under the exhaust manifold,, look from under the car, you'll see a strange looking box,,{ about 4 inches in diameter} with a line attached to the PCVvalve , connected to the motor block,, directly under the exhaust manifold,, good luck
