wmcj Registered User Join Date: May 2005 Posts: 1	97 Contour emission problems I have a V6 1997 ford contour. I just passed 100k miles, and my check engine light came on a few months ago. I checked the codes, with this result: P0133: CKT slow response bank 1 sensor 1 P0430: Catalyst efficiency below threshold P1131: Manufact. control fuel air metering Is my catalytic converter shot, or what else could the problem be?
