RolfW Registered User Join Date: Mar 2003 Location: Sydney Posts: 13	97 HC GLX Mondeo engine Mods Headers & full 2.5" exhaust system already fitted. What's the "best streetable" intake and cam setup for this engine and who can supply? Stock injectors are 17lbs. Will 19 or 24lbs injectors work and what mods are required to the EEC (if any)? Will late model intake (and maybe head) from 2.0L Focus serve any benefit? What about cams? Current engine/EEC has had several re-flashes to latest spec with good results but still have nagging power loss in hot summer weather but great in cold temps. Ambient temp calibration probs?? Great car and fun to drive but in need of more grunt. Info gathering before committing the bucks.
