The Nine Problems:
1. Headlamps cleaned
2. Fuel tank straps
3. Rear sway bar links, both sides
4. Rear brake lines
5. Rear brake hoses
6. Rear brake shoes
7. Rear wheel cylinders, both sides
8. Front control arm bushings, both sides
9. Check engine light, 3 codes
I remember two of them... one was an EGR code, which I get every inspection, and the other was a fuel mixture too lean code. I believe that is being caused by a vacuum leak.

Are you asking how to fix them all? That quite a lengthy list. On the last (the codes)could very well be all 3 caused by a vacuum leak, EGR codes can be caused by that as well.

Your going to be busy ! Is it worth the time and cost ? You can get a h/lamp lens cleaning kit .Soak all pipes , rusted bolts etc with penetrating oil and leave for a while .Looks like speed / spire clips on heat shield , just lever off and replace them if needed .You would be advised to invest in a workshop manual so you can read what is involved first before starting repairs , especially with the engine oil leak and then decide whether you want to go ahead or not .If your brake pipe is good in part you could maybe cut out the corroded part and fit a joint connection to save replacing the whole pipe if it helped .
