Hey there, just purchased a 98 Merc Mystique LS for a KILLER deal but it came with it's little issue which I knew about but am willing to accept.....it is in need of an Automatic Clutch Converter Solenoid...about $275 at the dealer....anyone know of a cheaper place for parts? Plus I am also interested in obtaining the official Ford Shop Manual for this car.....it's the 2.5L V6 engine...runs great and looks better! I am also wondering if the parts off of the 98 Mazda 626 and MPV tranny would work as I have access to the solenoid I need for cheaper and the engine seems to be the same near as i can tell....working at a Mazda Dealership as an apprentice has it's benefits after all! lol...any info would be great! Thks guys !
