Air Con Problem (Again!)
Hi, I have a 98 Mondeo ST24, and am having problems with my Air Con. I had it re-gassed but the pressure was to high as the fan was not coming on, although everything else seemed to be OK and it started to blow cold air. However I now seem to have lost all the gas and have no more cold air. Could this be a knackered condensor that is a) stopping the fans and b) losing the gas? or is it simply losing gas because the pressure is too high. The fans do come on to cool the engine down, and when this occurs the pressure will drop! Could it be a knackered temp sensor??? I heard one sits on the compressor is this right???? or could it be fuses/relays etc, any other ideas/suggestions will be gratefully appreciated!!!
