Ford Mondeo fuel pump Fuse Blowing

I every one my name is Marcus and I am a newbi
and wondering if any one can help please,
I Have an ford mondeo that keeps blowing the fuel pump fuseit start by the rev counter acking up first by not working at all then showing 5,6,7000 revs and going mad but the engine was at normal revs, then the fuses started to blow 15amp fuse pump one. you can drive the car from cold for about an mile or 2 then it starts blowing them like mad can any one help please

Possible voltage regulator on alternator not working?
