We are working on a 1999 contour, 2.5 motor, battery died and we replaced it with a new one, the car started and idled we shut the car off and went back to work. now the car wont start its getting fuel but no spark. I put a new coil pack in it but still no spark any help would be appreciated.

You only replaced the Battery? Have you checked the Terminals for corrosion, and cleaned them? Make sure all connections to the Battery are OK...Does the car turn over?
There has to be something form the Battery wiring to the Coil Pack, and starter.
