Hi all

I have a 1998 U.K. model mondeo. The heater control knobs are no longer
illuminated, so I guess that the bulbs have blown. I have removed the knobs
but cannot find how to replace the bulbs. Anybody know where they are and
how I can access them also what type size?

Not sure on the Mondeo, but my experience with late model Fords is the
bulbs are soldered to the PC board, and the control needs to be
removed and totally dissassembled to get to the bulbs - which are NOT
easily sourced for replacement. Ford does not stock them. I've ordered
from SolRex - did not get identical bulbs, but they were close enough
to fit. I've done about a dozen Lincoln Town cars and Grand Marquis
for a limo fleet my brother used to service.
