markyy64 Registered User Join Date: Oct 2006 Posts: 4	mondeo oil weight Could someone please tell me what the recommended oil grade is for a 1.8 mondeo petrol as i have been told diffrent grades from several people anyone know the true grade. mark

Fordtech. Registered User Join Date: Apr 2003 Location: UK Posts: 688	Re: mondeo oil weight Fords recommended is Formula E SAE 5W-30. They also list an alternative of XR+ SAE 10W-40 hence the conflicting advice.
