Jigsaw

Hi, I've just had the passenger side CV joint changed on my mondeo as it was crunching when turning round corners. When I went to pick the car up from the garage they discovered that the car had developed a shuddering/vibration when accelerating. This happens only in 3/4 gear and starts from 40mph-60mph. After you pass 60mph the shudder/vibration stops and the car runs as normal. Before the CV joint was changed the shudder/vibration was there before but not as bad as it is now you could only just feel it if you knew it was there. Any help would be great guys, look forward to hearing from someone.

If you had an outer cv done then it sounds like unfortunately the inner has also gone, these give the symptoms you describe when worn/faulty.
