confused Weak Rear Springs?

I have a 98 contour with recently dealer installed rear struts and springs. The car now rides very low in the back end. It will scrub the tires if anybody is in the back seat. The dealer insists all the parts are correct and nothing is wrong. Has anybody ever received bad springs from their Ford dealer? I am wondering if it was a bad batch or lot number of spring.

It may need the addition of over load booster springs .( a special extras leaf )

Re: Weak Rear Springs?

With new springs and struts, that vehicle should not bottom out in the rear.
I would take it back and complain!
