considering the closest competitor to us with a 260 n/a is ober half a second away, this xr8 record has tumbles by team xtreme nearly every week.

Rods record was a 290 not a 260.. it was also a 12.6....

That's a great time for a BOSS 260 (in a Ute!). How modified is this car? Just an observation, but it appears in modified form the 260 is showing up the 290's for some reason.

motor is totally unopenedbut does have the usual bolts on, extractors, cats, exhaust underdirves etc etc and tuned expertly by Chris himself

Bloody hell, I didn't imagine tuning would have that much impact. Sorry for all the questions but is it an auto or manual? Well done
