GTP-330

With the Boss engines, do you know the CFM of the exhaust that is needed to be free flowing? ie: what flow in CFM would a Boss engine be straight out headers???

Regards

AGRO.

Hard one to answer mate as there are alot of variables in that, Lets look at it this way, anything in the system that cant even match a 2.5 inch flow capacity is going to be a restriction.

Im a couple of days away from posting some power figures with the flow figures for you all.

Well i got another performance shop to test the ones i flowed as being the best and they had some very good results today, ill have mine on the dyno tomorrow some time with the new cats, im hopeing it will top it over the 300rwkw mark Until i have tested myself tomorrow ill wait... soon as i have Dyno proof aswell as flow testing proof ill share it with you, but on the GT it was tested on today it added 10rwkw's and a heap of torque without even getting a tune, thats just the before and after.

Roll on tomorrow

Re: Cat Flow testing

Any ADR79/00 compliance testing (I.e Emissions regs)?

Idea about catalyst efficiency??

Any testing in relation to the actual real purpose of a catalytic converter (emissions, in case we have all forgotten)??

I would think this to be interesting too. (unless there is to be a "for offroad use only" disclaimer [of course there will be], but if your using offroad why run cats at all??)
