Re: Hi All

Firstly congratulations on your own sponsors section, but secondly I am interested in what you can do with the throttle lag in the BA, as well as the speed it takes for the SSS to change gears once you have selected them. The BA XR8 I had seemed very slow to respond to the throttle and when using the SSS mode to change gears it seemed like it would take at least 2 seconds for the box to change gears, instead of it being quick to react it seems to have a good think about it before it responds. Is there anyway you can speed up the response times with the edit, for both the SSS and the throttle. After driving an EL XR8 for a while it makes you wonder where the responsiveness went.

The throttle lag that i have seen ppl post on before has got me a little stumped, i havent drivin any car with this. I admit when i first drove my GTP after having a T3 i thought it felt like there was a lag whole in fly by wire, since i have modded the car and done the edit it seems to have gone.

As for the software giving us the ability to change how quick the engine responds to the pedal i will send SCT a email requesting info on this for you.

The transmissions shift points and pressures can all be changed.

Ive attached a pic for you to see how many trans settings can be accessed with the SCT/CAPA software

Working on the website all weekend and as we speak. Should be finished this week.

As for the stealth, its the same software the same boxes just a different sticker.

I do use my own custom tunes for those who want the most out of there cars.

I mention the SCT/CAPA software alot as its made by SCT and distributed by CAPA.

Thanks Jim,
I tell ya, it means alot to have you guys out there feeling all inspired to have bought Fords and we can start kicking some sand back at the other crew.

These are great cars, im just proud to be able to play with them and show there true potential. Its also great to be doing it for a great bunch og ppl aswell.

Cant wait to hit the track in mine again.

Cant wait to do some more of you guys cars and watch them fly :)

Im going to have a list of ppl in here that have ive had the pleasure of working with on there beasts and have it called Team Xtreme.. There will be some little fringe benifits for being able to claim a place on the list.

Happy Hunting guys
