Simon, You mentioned to me before that you and muzza were using a good Toyo street tyre that was not only good on the road, but good for launching??

Just wondering if anyone had the name, model and a rough price?

Of any other recommendations on a good replacement for my 17 inch Dunlop sp3000's that have lasted an amazing 42 000 km.

Ill pay the money and buy these again if theres no better options

I know PhantomXR8 uses the Toyo RA1's I think from memory they are around $500 each, he gets mid 1.9 60' quiet good for a fat boss, not cheap though. For launching I would recomend MT ET streets($280 each) much cheaper also and can get them in 17's but I would not recomend them for the street though.

Nitto 555R's are a good tyre, fairly sticky once warm and still drive quiet nice on the street.

toyo tpg 245/40/17 at about $250 each. grip good but last about 25K. the payoff for grip.

I got a price for some 245 35r19 hankooks for $250ea, Or nankangs same size for $220.

Which of these 2 would be better???
