I have the same problem so had it checked and it was within the measurements it was ment to be from the factory but mine is also an AU.
What pressure were you running the tyres at ???
I now run mine @ 60psi on the front will rotate tyres on the rims @12000 then put them on the rear

farmer, i'd take the car to a dealer who supplies herrod equipment. they'd be a hypocrite if they didn't cover it.

Re: Vehicle modifications.

hi,gtp-330, i spoke to ford today and they think the camber needed shims due to the lower ride height of the springs, i think they should have made me aware that it needed a camber kit as they did get a wheel alignment done when they changed the steering rack, im not sure what series the headers are, but they were fitted mid september 04 and the exhaust is a catless full twin stainless from herrod, and ford fitted it all befor i took delivery of the ute, thanks for your reply, ill let you know when it gets sorted,.

Re: Vehicle modifications.

GTP-330

Can you elaborate on the oil pump issues please??
Are they prone to failure... not enough pressure... not enough volume.....?????
Do you suggest replacing the unit because of greater power gains or higher rev limit settings?

Regards

AGRO.

Put simply they can shatter or crack under power or rigid driving conditions that can give shunt through the crank, the crank is steel the oil pump gears are cintered metal, for the cost of them i would fit them to anything that is making much more then standard power, specially in a manual car.
