Why would you give this guy the time of day ? "meatox" more like "meathead" !! this guy needs to be booted.

anyway for something more serious, I've got a BA non turbo 6cyl, is there anything to gained with a good tune/re-map, or should I save my money ?
its 100% stock and figured the fuel usage could not get any worse if it was played with, had it nearly a year now and have only 9000kms on it...it uses about 15.5 litres per 100kms... my 351 coupe is better then that.
Cheers

That is some serious fuel consumption there mate, That to me sounds a little off, by about 3 litres to the 100, I quick A/F would confirm if your car is running a bit rich. In that case it could be easily changed to fix your fuel and also add some power.

It shouldnt take longer then a couple of hours to tune your car, You have a very good CAI and thats a plus with your overall power figure that you will get if you tuned the car with the edit. Anything else??????

Mr Meatox,

We have a set of internal guidelines we use when tuning our Boss engines, from our past experience on the road and on the track. This includes RPM/speed limiters, A/F and knock tables, and a full environmental/auto trans protocol if required.

I will be more than happy to consult with you in person regarding your vehicle, and will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding the product. Xtreme's aim is to make your experience with the product an enjoyable one.

On a side note - if you are having difficulties or feel you are not being treated fairly on this forum, take it up with the site administrator, as this kind of behaviour is not on - and at the same time, if you want to take a shot at people, expect to cop it back. We are here for the product and for Boss owners, help us help you. please keep it positive.

That aside, I look forward to hearing from you.
