Hey mate,
I have those tyres, no BA std rims are 6.5" the correct size for the MT 255/50/16 is 8", you can get them widened for around $160 each rim.

Re: Xr8 Slick Rims

Nitto street tyres are available in several sizes, but not sure of the details,I'm sure if you go to their website you should be able to get the details.

Have you though about getting a second set of rims ? any of these sticky tyres will not last a time time if used constantly on the street, a second set of wheels with the sticky tyres fitted may be the way to go

You need a 7.5 to 8.5 " rim to make it crown correctly and if running an inner on low preasure , see you local tyre supply as they should be able to supply a steel rim in that size aftermarket for under $100.00 each .
