Hello....new here....


I have an '07 Fusion I4 (auto). While driving, the car lost power out of the blue, the check engine and "wrench" lights came on, and I could not go any faster than 5 mph, or rev higher than 1800 or so. I limped to a safe place, and had the car towed to the dealer........hardly what I expected from a car with only 17K miles.

Also, while waiting for the tow truck I noticed that the engine was running somewhat rough even while parked.

My questions.........anybody had this happen ?.........

What could it be.......MAF ?........TC ?......tranny ?.........some other sensor ?
