Have a small issue, AC works on all vents, except the dash. Is it a blower motor, fuses all look ok.
Please advise
When it doesn't come out of the dash vents, is the blower motor completely inop. is it blowing but coming out of another outlet, or is the blower motor working but not coming out of any outlets???

There is an electronic actuator that controls floor/defrost/panel vents modes. Could be as simple as something stuck in there, could be a broken mode door. You may be able to access it after removing the knee blocker (held by clips, then remove the reinforcement by removing the 4 bolts), but the replacement procedure involves removing the I/P. The L. side temp blend door actuator (if equipped) sits over the floor/defrost/panel actuator.

Forgive my low knowledge of this, you lost me on the last post, is the actuator the control for the hot/cold settings. When you say knee blocker do you mean the console?

Sorry if i'm being bothersome.
The electronic actuators are little electric motors with position switches on them to open and close various doors in the A/C box. One actuator is for the recirculation door (for Max A/C position primarily, switches between outside and interior air), one(two) is (are) for the temperature blend door(s) that regulator the temperature, and one is for the mode door (floor/defrost/panel vents). The doors are made out of plastic, and breakage is possible.
The knee blocker... think about where your knees are in relation to the dash. It's right below the column (not the shrouds on the column). The trim piece just pulls off, then there's the four screws for the reinforcement.
