fusion blower motor wiring hot

my brother has a 06 fusion 4cyl when you run the blower motor the wires get very hot i already changed the blower motor resistor and it didn't help anyone who can provide me with some information on what it could be i would appreciate it thanks

Either the motor or corroded terminals

Ever notice that there's so many high performance parts available for GM products?

Did you ever think that maybe they NEED them?

thanks for the help....i replaced the blower motor but the wiring is still getting to hot at some point its gotten hot enough to start melting the socket that plugs into the blower motor any more suggestions would be greatly appreciated

That plug at the blower may have a bad connection as CatSkinner mentioned.
