Headlight Bulbs

I just saw a Lincoln Navigator that when the headlights came on they were very weak at first then as they warmed up they got very bright. Does anyone know what bulbs those are?

HIDs - thief's favorite!

Xenon also has a bit of a warm-up time as well. Not as noticeable as the HIDs, but I do notice on the Motor Coaches I drive.
