Follow-up on past post: After reporting the driver's door not unlocking
with the remote (or door lock button), the issue has now spread to a rear
passenger door. My Question: Is it the same mecanism (door lock
assembly)that controls all doors or each door has one?
Each door has one mechanism but the driver's door controls all doors.

So, can the cause of the passenger door not unlocking originate from the
driver's door mechanism or does it indicate a problem at the particular
passenger door also?
