Sounds like exactly our problem a few years ago. I bet your fuel gauce
stops working at the same time.
It's just a simple computer software update, that your Volvo dealer can
do for you. It costed us a whopping 24 euro cents and we haven't had any
problems after that. But it was painful until that... :o)
