Its hard to know worth with a vehicle in that kind of state. It sounds
like its 'worth' the lowest figure that they will say 'yes, take it
away' too!
judging by what sort of money they seem to go for.. If it were a
running GS with an MOT it could be worth £2k-2.5k. If it were a tidy
running GS with an MOT and possibly an LPG conversion it could
probably be worth £3.5k+. with a winch more.
They range in prices an awful lot.
If you are happy with paying £750 for it, then it seems a fair amount
to offer.
There is a non road worthy non runner (with nothing major wrong so it
says) on ebay at the moment at £1000 which has been there a couple of
days with no bids (search for 'landrover 101' and 'land rover 101').
there is also a tidy example with a winch currently at £4300 and
rising...
