Any common problems among the X-type?

Im considering a 2002 or so X-type. Are there any common problems with the
Jaguar? Is it durable to keep?

The ultimate reviews for cars is at
http://www.parkers.co.uk/choosing/?frommenu=true]

Not only the usual reports from "car experts" but also from real people who
own the cars.

Of course the biggest problem with the X type is that it just doesn't have
enough cylinders to be a real Jag...

But Stuart, the X-type with more cylinders would equal twice the
failure rate. ;-)

The x-type should be a good, average car. The Tarus is.
