Thumbs up 1964 Aston Martin DB5 Convertible

Which do you prefer, Aston Martin DB5 Coupes like what 007 - James Bond drives, or DB5 Convertibles? They're both rare, beautiful sports GT cars that were built for speed, style, elegance and with a good measure of cool and panache. Enjoy this article with the great photos! Ragtop. Both are beautiful, but I gotta go with the convertible.

I agree. It's hard to beat top down motoring.

Hardtop . With the top down and driving at speed you get a headache with the wind constantly battering your head , plus over here you end up with a face full of flies , midges and other insects .That's not counting the ones you swallow , plus all the s*** that blows into your nice interior . Dont care what they say about improvements , but a convertible is never as stiff body wise as a hardtop .

Gotta agree on that point, but if I'm going to own an old DB, it'll be for recreation only, still the rag.
