Ford: No Aston Sale
FORD: NO ASTON SALE
Meanwhile, a Ford exec in the same job as last week says the company won't
be shedding Aston Martin, as a British paper had suggested this week.
Kathleen Ligocki, in charge of Ford's global marketing, told Reuters "we're not
going to sell Aston." Britain's Independent had reported that Ford Chairman Bill
Ford had suggested a sale might be possible. Ford - the company and chairman
- have said that Aston and the rest of PAG will be counted on in the future
to produce a large share of Ford's revenue.
