Come Si Smonta La Plancia ?

Ciao a tutti,
sto cercando di familiarizzare con questo Forum, ma faccio fatica a capire se sono nella sezione giusta (non sgridatemi).

Mi si e' bruciata una lampadina di retro-illuminazione della manopola che comanda il riscaldamento della mia Ford Focus del 2001.

Sono sicuro che la lampadina e' una comunissima 3 o 5W a incandescenza, ma il problema e' che non so come si fa a smontare la plancia centrale (alcuni lo chiamano scudo) per spiegare meglio sarebbe la parte centrale sotto la autoradio dove sono sistemate le 3 manopole del riscaldamento e sotto di loro ci sono i pulsanti del condizionatore + lunetto post. + ricircolo dell'aria.

Non vorrei far danni .. qualcuno sa darmi una dritta ??
