sportsman630 Registered User Join Date: Sep 2007 Posts: 1	428 cobra i have a 428 block it reads on the back of the block as 352 A 51 what does this mean and is it a 428

cjperformance Hotrod Drag & Street Car Join Date: Jul 2007 Posts: 234	Re: 428 cobra isnt this y block tech? not fe tech! anyway not to worry. it may be 428 capacity but just in a 352/390 block. the 352/390 can be bored to 428 bore size 4.13" and fitted with a 410/428 crank 3.98" stroke. then becomes a 428. hope that helps. cheers __________________ Craig Johnston.
