Well, after that fun cruise, something interesting has started happening...
Coolant is comming out from around the coolant pipe going into the LPG converter, and today it also came out the out pipe. It is almost certainly not the hoses, although I al going to replace the in pipe soon.

It seems to be that it occures when A/C is on only. Does this mean that I have a clog in the heaterbox? The A/C radiator? I really need to get this sorted before GOR, and certainly before my trip to NSW (not this weekend, but next)..

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

You may find that it is actually when the heater is off (not the air con on) and if so it could be that the hoses arnt routed properly for your converter and that is building up to much pressure at converter maybe.

It could also be because the air con is making your engine run hotter and that it is making the coolant increase in temperature/pressure and forcing the converter to leak, but either which way you should redo the piping that is leaking and use new hose clamps and make sure they are tight. Because if they were done tight and in good condition it wouldn't leak anyway.
