Ive just removed an LPG "kit" from an XE and im in the process of fitting it to my HQ 1tonner Everthing is straight forward except the webber. My question is : Has anyone put a webber on a 253 it has a spreadbore manifold and i have an adaptor plate to a squarebore can i get or make an adaptor plate to the webber ? Does it matter which way the webber faces ?
And is it a big hassle to get the gas tank inspected as it is 10yrs 1month old ?Can it be done incar or do i have to remove it ?

You will need to remove the tank unfortunately.

It may be easier to purchase correct mixer sit on the 253's carburetor.

Are you aware that vehicles need to have a LPG compliance plate on it?
