What measures/precautions do I have to got to, to stroke my 302 to 347?

I think the most important would be crankshaft counterweight to block clearance.

pay the extra and get either a kit fiited by someone like Herrod's or if you want to do it yourself, make sure you get the stuff from someone reputable.
To get the most out of it you may want better heads/intake/exhaust/cam.. doesn't have to be wild just better flowing.

331 inch kit is better for longevity I hear.
Less piston to rod angle and block work.

Yes and the rings are not as close to top of piston and oil control ring is away from gudgeon pin...A longer rod can also be used as well !!!

Usually them same people that sell strokers in general.
Strange the 331 is often slightly dearer...
They usually have 347 kits due to being bigger..

Precaucions- GOOD ballancing, clearences,Quality pistons/ rings specific for stroker....Make sure you have the breathing to keep up with capacity...
