Changing belts on a 3.5l v6 edge

I found this pdf on changing the belts and thought I would share it here. One question is it recommended to change the belt tensioner at the same time? The car has 80k miles on it.

On a side note, when are people changing out their spark plugs. The front ones look pretty easy but the back ones look like a pain.

on edit looks like I can't post the file because it's to big 4mb. If there is another way to post it let me know.

The pdf can be found on this link but you have to register to view it: http://www.fordedgeforum.com/topic/1...n-a-2008-edge/

Usually. Only change tensioner if it needs it. I believe the inner belt is a stretchy belt and doesn't have a tensioner. As far as plugs the front as you stated are easy. The rear isn't bad but you do have to take the upper intake manifold off.

Thanks for the reply. Do you know how much the dealer charges on those two jobs?

Not off hand. I think mine does 2.5? Hours for plugs and I'll guess an hour for belts. Best bet is call and ask. They should be willing to give quote. Pretty straight forward job.
