It's the same vehicle underneath. Ford is going to do what they did with the Focus, just give it an exterior refresh to bring it in line with the new Taurus, as I'm sure they'll market it as the Edge, with emphasis on it being more of a Taurus Wagon.

I'm lead to believe that it is the 2011 or 2012 refresh/redesign.

Ford has the taurus designed similar to this and have chosen to delay the edge to see what the reaction to the taurus is. We have already gotten delivery of 2010 Edge's(same design)
