Help wire my 302!

I have a 68 2d Fairlane with a 200 v-6. I just bought a doner 89 Mustang GT. The fi system is gone and its now carburated. The distributer was replaced with an electric one. I was told this distributer is what was used on maybe 76-80 f-150's. With that said, I bought a new ignition module for a 79 f150. I got the extention from a 82 f150 v6. I cant get the car to turn over. I have one leg connecting to the distributer connected as it should be. I have no clue where the other leg goes. The wires are white and red. Can anyone help or break down what I would need to have a stripped running motor in this car. I want to test it out in this car to make sure it is descent. Any help is greatly appriciated! THanks!
