Exrider434 Registered User Join Date: Jan 2009 Posts: 5	v6 to v8 swap, how hard? I have a 96' Bird with the 3.8 motor in it and i cracked the oil pan on it the other day and figured since im gonna have to pull the motor to swap oil pans, id look into a v8 swap, as i feel the v6 lacks some power lol. Anyone know what it'd take to sawp a v8 in there from another bird, crown vic, grand marquis or any of them? I know there are quite a few models with the 4.6 in it and just wondered what it would take to do it! Thanks alot!
