Whats the difference between...

Whats the difference between a 351C Blue motor and a 351C Black Motor?

I have heard and read about some things but cannot find solid proof.

Heres what Ive heard.

Inlet Manifold on the Black Motor allows more flow
Distributer hold is 1-1.5mm smaller on the black motor
The heads and their ports on a black motor is different.
Bore thickness is thicker in a black motor.

Can someone please xplain the details of both and the bigger differences.
