Dont know how they can call it a 1936 car with all the new engine , tranny , brakes etc .etc .

That's where the Custom Rod designation comes into play. One would be hard pressed to drive an original 1936 Ford Cabriolet. Those had mechanical brakes. This street rod could be driven on a daily basis.

Good one! My Dad has shared stories about his cars with mechanical brakes. It's a good thing those cars weren't as fast as what we have these days.
