1963 van to falcon parts compatibility
hey all,
I have a 1963 ford falcon van. its the 8 passenger version with the "falcon" nameplates. problems include a cracked block and various other things typical of a car sitting for 4+ years. I was just wondering what the parts compatibility would be between this van and a 1963 ford falcon 2 door, as there is one for sale nearby. obviously looking for engine compatibility, which I think should be fine as they are both the 144 straight 6, but also transmission, brakes, etc.
Basically I want to take a running '63 falcon and end up with a running '63 van...possible?
