Upgrade from 14 inch to 15 inch - Ford Forums

I am a proud owner of a xh panny mk1 with the original 14 inch rims....Is it possible to increase to a set of after market 15 inch rims as was done in the mk2 models?
Also why is there a huge variation in what you pay for rims....ability to hit potholes without damage is all I can think of?

Check your load rating on any of the aftermarket wheels to make sure thay are legal. I had a similar problem with my Econovan. you could always use a factory ford alloy rim and paint/polish it for something different. Most sets from wreckers around here are 300 for a set of five (except EB XR rims)
