XE efi S Pac "BANKSIA FUNCT." what dose it mean?

Hi everyone, i'm hoping to find out any and all info i can on a 10th month 1982 XE, factory 4.1 efi, 4 speed single rail, a/c and has S pack strips/graphics. however here is the unusual thing, the compliance plate has "BANKSIA FUNCT.", seats 5, 10' 82, then the chassis number. model number 10000, engine and trans codes are both O. the engine number matches the chassis number. and it looks like it was factory fitted with a "Greens Tuff" style rear spoiler. i'm trying to find out what the BANKSIA FUNCT. means.
