I'd like to start an AZMCC Members Sign-Up List for those wanting to participate in this Car Show as an AZMCC Event. I do not have any forms to mail in, but you can get information from the name at the very bottom of this message. So far we have the following who have committed to the Show:

as soon as possible. We will meet at a designated area within or prior to the "Set UP" time listed below so we can arrive together for group parking. I will set up a canopy for shade. I hope to have an AZMCC Banner ready too. It will be a hot day, so please come prepared. Any thoughts or suggestions on where to meet, how to prepare for the heat or anything that might help us enjoy this Show together would be appreciated.

Set Up is from 7-9:00 A.M. - Show Time from 10:00 A.M. to Noon
Gates Close at 10:00 A.M. SHARP For All Entrants!
Awards will be handed out at 2:00 P.M.
Dash Plaques will be issued to the first 200 Registrants
Show Participant Voting - 3 Awards per Class
Best of Show Award & Dealers Choice Awards will conclude Award Presentations
$20.00 Pre-Registration Fee if received by October 1, 2007
$25.00 Registration Fee after October 1st
$25.00 Car Corral - For Sale Area
$25.00 Swap Space [10'x20' Only]
There will be monies donated to Charity from three  sources:
1. A 50/50 Drawing
2. A Special Raffle
3. and... $5.00 from each car registered in the show
