2013 Ford Explorer Sport Priced: $41, 545

Appearing on the company’s consumer website today, pricing for Ford’s performance crossover, the Explorer Sport, is available.
With a twin-turbo V6 Ecoboost 3.5-liter V6 capable of more than 350 hp, the company’s most athletic crossover will cost $41,545, including an $825 delivery fee. That price comes in a little higher than the previous range-topper, the Limited edition which costs $40,680.
Ford added new shocks, anti-roll bars, and suspension bushings to improve the crossover’s handling, a much needed change over the vehicle’s sluggish siblings. While it remains to be seen if the Sport version will be much of a better handler, it looks like customers can already take steps to give it a first hand try when deliveries are scheduled to start later this year.
