Ford parts and service

Please response if you are ford.

Does Motocraft belong to Ford? Are those Ford parts under Ford quality control? Does Ford customer relation get control by Ford? Are they under the manufacture standard training?

Thanks,
Tony

This forum is not a part of Ford Motor Company & to the best of my knowledge no one from Ford is registered here

Re: Ford parts and service

jwko,

I am so sorry to hear that. I thought this forum has Ford's officials come in here to visit.
I think it's pretty sad if they don't even visit here to get an idea from its customers.

I am sorry,

Tony

Re: Ford parts and service

Ford reps may frequent this forum, I really don't know for sure. If they do they keep it quiet.

Re: Ford parts and service

jwko,

Actually, I was in GM forum the other day. GM folks seem to be more serious than Ford forum. I hope Ford will read my posts and be more serious in its designs.
Once it responses to me, I will describe the problems that Motocraft recently has. I also hope Ford will have to fix the problem soon.
One for all and all for one, right?

Thanks,
Tony
