Looking for the mid-pipe for a 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX, 2.0L turbo, 5 speed.

I looked on the site, and all I could find was catted up-pipes for $380ish.

No, that won't fit.

I found a configuration I like.

Invidia bell mouth cat-less down pipe with a Invidia cat mid-pipe, but then everything from the turbo back will be 3 inch piping, and It will also require a tune to stage 1, or 2 if I get a air intake too.

So if this stock cat can hold out a few more hundred miles, then I'll change a lot of things, and make a extra 30-40hp.

Then as far as I'm concerned, besides the up pipe being replaced, the motor performance will be done for a while, while I do other things.

None of the guys on the Subaru forum advise as they will have far more knowledge and probably done plenty over the years and will know who are the best suppliers on cost etc.?

Looking on the Scooby forums , RallySportDirect.com - Performance Car Parts Online who you have already found , seems to be a popular supplier for parts and used by a lot of members .Plenty of good advice on what seems to be a common modification here ,

I found my company to buy from on NASIOC.com.

Invidia, and TurboXS are very good companies that everyone use's. Sometimes the TurboXS stuff won't fit right with other stuff, but in this case, I'm 98% sure it will, as it is only the mid pipe.

And as far as price, I think I could find the mid-pipe for cheaper, but the quality might drop. "You gotta pay to play" is the big saying with performance on Subaru's, and I'm slowly getting over it. lol
