I'll be doing a pan drop in my wagon before it gets too cold outside, but I'm not sure how much fluid I'll need. I'm not doing a full flush. In trying to figure it out, I see referenced anywhere between 3 and 5 quarts of Type F. Should I just get 5 quarts, see what it takes to fill it, and return anything left over?

Thank you. Yeah, also the filter and pan gasket seem to be special order, so even if I took it in for a full flush, they'd have to put the old filter and gasket back on. Figured, might as well just do a pan drop myself and move on from there. At least I know a local guy that rebuilds transmissions for a good price in case things go bottom up. The only caveat is you have to remove it and then bring it to him.
