It's the biggest music paper here and has been for many , many years .Music choices are probably tied to the scene over here , I haven't a clue to be honest now .Used to buy it every week .

Yeah, but let's face it, David Byrne's been around for almost 30 years, you may not have ever heard Kanye's *ahem* "music", but his name's been out there enough that you'd have had to have been under a rock for the last 10 years NOT to have heard of him, Jack White also a 10 year veteran and also quite versatile. I was also mistaken, I recognized a third, couldn't place him at first. Bobby Womack, dates back to the R&B days. I'm curious if he strayed in to the blues or more of a smooth jazz like so many others from that era did.

Didn't know much about the Jack White you mention , then on American Pickers on yesterday over here who appears but the man himself .As well as a singer, seems a smart dude as he swapped a photo booth and the first jukebox he owned for a elephants head .
