This was the 3rd edit on this video, I wanted it to look old. I think I went overboard. Anyway, this was 5 or 6 years ago on the road that passes my house (0:59). My neighbor on the tractor died not long after this was shot.
Looks like a nice , quiet part of the country to live in . Reminds me of some of the roads and countryside over here not too far out of town if you throw in a couple of mountains . Completely different world and people / attitudes from the hassle at times of living in a big city . Find it a bit strange watching the view from the car as you guys still drive on the wrong side of the road !!!!
The park that I drove to is on the 2012 Army Corps of Engineers closure list. There's about 32 campsites, an overlook, boat ramp and access to the Arkansas river that will soon be blocked off. Property values will more than likely suffer also.
And yes, we still drive on the wrong side of the road. lmao!
